Milliseid andmeid töötleme

• Google'i sisselogimine: sinu Google'i konto identifikaator, e-posti aadress ja nimi. Muid Google'i andmeid (e-kirju, faile, kontakte) rakendus ei küsi ega loe.
• Maja toimiku sisu: andmed, mille sina või sinu AI-assistent toimikusse kirjutab – ruumid, otsused, lubadused, sündmused, pakkumised ja nendega seotud osapoolte nimed ja kontaktid.
• Muudatuste logi: iga muudatuse aeg, kasutaja ja klient (nt Claude või ChatGPT).

Milleks

Ainult selleks, et sind sisse logida, näidata sulle sinu maja toimikut ja hoida selle muudatuste ajalugu. Me ei kasuta andmeid reklaamiks, ei müü neid ega profileeri sind. Õiguslik alus on leping (teenuse osutamine sulle) ja meie õigustatud huvi turvalisuse ja muudatuste jälgitavuse vastu.

Kus andmeid hoitakse ja kellele need lähevad

Andmed on Easy Home'i serveris Hetzneri andmekeskuses Euroopa Liidus (Soome). Kolmandatele isikutele neid ei anta. Kui kasutad toimikut oma AI-assistendi kaudu, saadab rakendus vastused sinu enda assistendile (Anthropic Claude või OpenAI ChatGPT), mida kasutad oma konto ja selle teenuse tingimuste alusel.

Google'i andmete kasutamine

Easy Home'i poolt Google'i API-dest saadud teabe kasutamine ja edastamine järgib Google API Services User Data Policy nõudeid, sealhulgas piiratud kasutuse (Limited Use) nõudeid.

Säilitamine ja sinu õigused

Hoiame andmeid seni, kuni kasutad teenust. Kui soovid oma andmeid näha, parandada, alla laadida või kustutada, kirjuta aadressil peepkungas@gmail.com; vastame 30 päeva jooksul. Kaebuse saad esitada Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile (www.aki.ee).

Data we process

• Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, e-mail address and name. The app does not request or read any other Google data (mail, files, contacts).
• House file content: what you or your AI assistant write into the house file – rooms, decisions, commitments, events, quotes and the names and contacts of the parties involved.
• Change log: time, user and client (e.g. Claude or ChatGPT) of every change.

Purpose

Only to sign you in, show you your house file and keep its history of changes. We do not use the data for advertising, do not sell it and do not profile you. Legal basis: contract (providing the service to you) and our legitimate interest in security and traceability of changes.

Where the data is kept and who receives it

On the Easy Home server in a Hetzner data centre in the European Union (Finland). It is not given to third parties. When you use the house file through your own AI assistant, the app sends its answers to that assistant (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI ChatGPT), which you use under your own account and that service's terms.

Use of Google user data

Easy Home's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your rights

We keep the data while you use the service. To see, correct, export or delete your data, write to peepkungas@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
